This workshop, led by Erin Dudley, allows you to explore time-efficient practices to acknowledge and potentially surrender the physical and resultant emotional weight that may create negative patterns or tension in our system. We will explore breathing practices, sound and simple repetitive movement patterns influenced by body-mind centering, Wilhelm Reich’s segmental armoring, and traditional yoga asana surrounding the 5 elements to facilitate conditions for healthy re-patterning.
